The chance that a healthy adult performs sufficient moderate to intensive physical activity is biggest in people who naturally move a lot, those who score highly on self-efficacy and in those who more frequently and consciously plan movement moments. This is concluded by a German research group after a study including 225 physically active and largely highly educated adults.
