This study assessed the effect of forefoot varus on hip and knee kinematics during single leg squat

Altered or poor foot mechanics are associated with injuries of the lumbar spine, hip, knee and shin. This study investigated the effect of forefoot varus (results from supinated metatarsal heads in relation to the rearfoot) on hip and knee kinematics during a single leg squat.
