Nearly half of the female CrossFit participants experience urinary incontinence during exercise. Jumping exercises, having a child and vaginal delivery create a significant risk for urinary incontinence. This results from a survey of 149 women from California, of which 105 practised CrossFit and 44 who practised aerobics.
