It is widely accepted that a one-size-fits-all approach in concussion treatment is not sufficiently effective.
This study aimed to investigate whether the Rivermead Post-concussion Questionnaire (RPQ) can identify six sub-categories of concern in those who have suffered a recent concussion, and use these for guiding treatment. The six subcategories are: cognitive/ fatigue, vestibular, oculomotor, anxiety/ mood, post-traumatic migraine, and sleep disturbances.
